ABOUT DR. GRUNHAUS BELZER

Dr. Rosa Grunhaus-Belzer has more than twenty years experience in training and consulting in Psychology, Organizational Development, Executive Coaching and Leadership Development. She serves as Adjunct Faculty at The Center for Creative Leadership and holds their highest level of certification. Her Executive Coaching work includes clients from various fields including biotechnology, finance, manufacturing, services industry, government, health care, communication, utilities, and the military. Dr. Rosa Grunhaus-Belzer facilitates custom program for international companies and has worked globally with executives in the USA, Europe, Mexico, and South America. As a Consulting Psychologist, Dr. Rosa Grunhaus-Belzer has worked with leaders to maximize organizational effectiveness.. She helps translate data gathered through assessment tools and 360 feedback instruments into concrete action plans that enhance unique leadership styles. Her experience with Diversity Training and Conflict Resolution is instrumental in developing solid teams with effective communication channels. As an Executive Coach she works with leaders to capitalize on their strengths and improve their developmental opportunities. Dr. Rosa Grunhaus-Belzer has a Doctorate in Psychology and has held a California license since 1985. She served as an Adjunct at the California School of Professional Psychology, San Diego Campus, where she was the Director of the Mental Health Satellite Clinic. She also served as the Director of Training for a Mental Health Clinic where she provided mentoring and supervision to Psychology Interns and Post Doctoral Fellows. She was highly regarded for her team-building expertise and for developing a first rate training program. Dr. Rosa Grunhaus-Belzer's multicultural background has provided a platform for her global consulting skills. She was born in Maracaibo, Venezuela. At age sixteen she moved to Israel where she lived for five years. She earned a BA in Psychology and Philosophy in 1977 from Tel Aviv University. She received her Ph.D. in Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology in San Diego in 1984. Dr. Rosa Grunhaus-Belzer is fluent in three languages including Spanish and Hebrew. She has lived in San Diego, Ca since 1977.
